Yabo provides behavioral analytics, AI-generated observations, reporting, and related software features for traders. Yabo is an analytical and educational product. It is not a broker, custodian, exchange, portfolio manager, or investment adviser through this landing experience.

3. No investment advice

Content, insights, pattern summaries, and AI-generated outputs are provided for informational purposes only. They should not be treated as financial, tax, accounting, legal, or investment advice. You remain solely responsible for your own decisions and trading activity.

4. Account registration and access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity conducted under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the platform only for lawful purposes.

5. Brokerage data and integrations

If you connect brokerage or portfolio accounts, you authorize Yabo to receive the data necessary to provide analysis, reporting, and product functionality. Yabo may rely on third-party integration providers to access and normalize that information. Availability and completeness of data may depend on those providers and the institutions involved.

6. AI outputs and limitations

AI-generated explanations, suggestions, and follow-up questions may be incomplete, probabilistic, or incorrect. You should independently evaluate all outputs before acting on them. Yabo does not guarantee any trading result, behavioral improvement, or financial outcome.

7. Acceptable use

• You may not misuse, reverse engineer, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the service.
• You may not use Yabo to violate laws, regulations, third-party rights, or contractual obligations.
• You may not submit malicious code, abusive content, or fraudulent information.

8. Availability and changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service, integrations, AI outputs, or external dependencies.

Yabo, its branding, software, interface, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Except where expressly permitted, you may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the service.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yabo and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the service, including trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe these terms have been violated, if the service is abused, or if continuing access creates legal, operational, or security risk.

12. Changes to these terms
